The base of this barrel aged beer is an effervescent Saison first brewed on our pilot system in the spring of 2021. After initial fermentation with a Belgian Ale yeast, the project moved to Cabernet Sauvignon barrels previously home to several batches of our beloved Rhapsody sour series.
