It has a very bold flavour and renowned Australia wide as being an excellent choice for smoking wood Chunks are best used in mid sized smokers and BBQs, such as kettle BBQs, bullet smokers and Kamado style cookers. Where possible, we source our wood from pesticide free orchards, therefore there may be some evidence of insect damage on some of our wood
