I add this card to most of my casual Commander decks because its almost never a bad draw due to its low cost and flexibility

Deaths Shadow, Liliana of the Veil, Blood Moon, Leyline of the Void, and Omnath, Locus of Creation all get cleanly answered by Purge, so I expect this to be a mainstay in the sideboards of White decks regardless of what the metagame looks like

This is a worse version of the powerful Imprisoned in the Moon because it's a more easily answered creature and the Commander is a 2/2 creature that can block and die in combat so you may not want to attack on the ground

It's also a mana-free way to shuffle your library
