Cask No. 53.452 Texas sunflower seeds and delicate hessianThe nose evoked over toasted marshmallows, marzipan at the cigar smokers table, burnt heather and a sugar factory ablaze. The palate deliciously combined smoke and sweet sherry notes chimney scrapings were mixed with honey, sweetie cigarettes in a real ashtray and seared scallops flambed with brandy. The reduced nose was a perfect beach barbecue, with tarry driftwood, salmon, prawns wrapped in jamon and a leather shoe a bit too close to the fire. The
