釀造：手工採收，導入琺瑯瓷塗層的不銹鋼槽以原生酵母100%含梗進行進行發酵，再移至小橡木桶進行培養。

馬爾堡的葡萄園主要是來自冰河的切割沖積，表層主要為風化後的黃土，混合含有石塊的黏土，下層則是排水性良好的礫石地層，風土條件多樣豐富。除了最具代表性的白蘇維濃與黑皮諾，帶有飽滿的顏色與奔放的香氣，其他國際品種包括麗絲玲、夏多內、灰皮諾、希哈等也都有亮眼的表現。

75% Pinot Noir、25% Pinot Meunier。地塊Les Montées位於小漢斯山脈區的Ormes村，土壤由深厚的砂土所組成，葡萄藤平均年齡60歲。
