Weinert Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 Couvignac The nose of Pappy VanFounded in 1975 by Bernardo C. Weinert, Bodega y Cavas de Weinert is located in Mendoza, Argentina. The estate vineyards are located in the regions of Lujan de Cuyo, Maipu and Tupungato. The vines are 25 100 years old and are planted at 3,000 4,000 feet to well draining, sandy and rocky soils. Winemaker Hubert Weber follows a minimalist approach to winemaking. The grapes are fermented in cement vats and then aged neutral, large oak of Slovenian or
