Description

寬度：86 mm

釀造：在採收後以琺瑯塗層的不鏽鋼槽內發酵，少部分根據年份和地塊風土差異分開發酵，大約維持在40%的橡木桶發酵，不過他計畫逐年提高木桶發酵的比例，因為他認為發酵後再進橡木桶培養，整體來說更顯平衡協調、也比較具有個性。並根據氣候、年分狀況決定是否要乳酸發酵，但他的所有基酒都沒有經過乳酸發酵，裝瓶前不過濾不澄清。

全數手工去梗，並在老橡木桶中陳釀 18 個月。

來自Gevrey Chmabertin村內的地塊「Grands Champs」，葡萄樹種植於1965年。依照年份決定含梗比例。
